I started by carefully tearing out the old, worn-out shower, removing the outdated surround, fixtures, and any damaged drywall behind it. Once everything was stripped down to the studs, I inspected the framing and plumbing, making any necessary repairs to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation.
With the space prepped, I installed a proper waterproofing system, including a shower pan and moisture barrier, to protect against future leaks. Then I began setting the tile, working from the base up to create a clean, even pattern throughout the shower walls. After the tile was set and grouted, I installed a sleek glass door, giving the shower a modern, open feel.
Next, I removed the old vanity and replaced it with a new, updated unit, making sure it was level and securely fastened. I connected the plumbing, installed the sink and faucet, and ensured everything was functioning properly.
To complete the transformation, I installed new flooring across the bathroom, carefully cutting and fitting each piece for a seamless finish. The result is a fully updated bathroom with a durable tile shower, elegant glass door, stylish vanity, and fresh new flooring that brings the entire space together.
